The Island of “Koh Lone” is located at the south
end of Phuket’s Island, in the Bay of Chalong. (See
map.)
The access is mostly done with traditional long-tail boats
and the crossing takes about 15-20 minutes.
Free and private crossings offered to the hotel’s clientele.
(0700 hrs-2300 hrs)
The access to Baan Mai is set with the rhythm of the tides;
it is preferable to organise your arrival and departure of
the island during the high tides, much more comfortable than
the low tides when there is some walking to do to arrive to
the boat.
We do recommend you to look at the following website for the
tides tables periods.
http://www.phuketgazette.net/tides/

Ps: we recommend you to wear and have at ready beach slippers
for arrivals during low tides.
